Russia blames its own troops after dozens killed in Ukrainian missile strike

Dozens of Russian soldiers were killed by a Ukrainian missile strike on the weekend. The Kremlin has blamed the slaughtered troops for using their cellphones, allowing Ukrainian forces to target them — but admits the attack was Russia’s worst military loss since the start of the war.
