Record Highs Today; High Wind Warning Tomorrow; Cooler More Seasonal Temps Thu-Sat; Remains Dry & Mild Up to Christmas

<p>Today high-pressure shifting to the east and southwest winds over the area will warm temps to record levels in the upper 60’s and low 70’s.   Tonight’s lows tonight will in the middle 40’s with increasing southwesterly winds and clouds.   Tomorrow a strong upper-level trough and low-pressure will move through turning southwest wind in the morning to the to the west and northwest in the afternoon and evening gusting 50-60 mph.   HIGH WIND WARNING WEDNESDAY 9AM TO 9PM   The current low-pressure track has area in the dry slot and precipitation in Nebraska.  Thursday upper-level ridging and flow returns to the south with more seasonal temps, highs in the low 50’s and lows in the lower 20’s.   Friday and Saturday a passing shortwave disturbance and dry cold front will keep daytime temps in the 40’s and nighttime readings in the teens.           </p>
