Podcast: West Suffolk Hospital fined by watchdog, investigation finds BAME and SEND children excluded at higher rates, and Border Force launch sea search

<p class="p1">In today’s Suffolk News podcast we have the story of a Suffolk hospital who has been fined after it failed to properly  properly notify a family over the circumstances surrounding a woman’s death. Also an investigation has found a disproportionate number of children from BAME and SEND backgrounds are excluded, and the Border Force’s search off the East Anglian coast. </p>
