One of Puerto Rico’s First Mass Tort Lawyers

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style= "font-family: 'Calibri Light',sans-serif; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin; mso-bidi-theme-font: major-latin;"> Ari Kresch, a Puerto Rico resident and attorney currently in Michigan. Kresch talks about how he fell in love with Puerto Rico and was one of the initial people practicing law and residing there before most others. He and his colleagues have inspired hundreds of lawyers to move to Puerto Rico, and they have formed a healthy trial lawyers of Puerto Rico organization that interacts with all law schools. Kresch also talks about their upcoming event, Mass Tort Puerto Rico, and how they are looking to improve it from last year. He mentions the keynote speaker, Mark Lanier, and other speakers they have lined up. Kresch also talks about his work in Puerto Rico and how he is trying to duplicate some of the work that trial lawyers do in the United States on behalf of unrepresented people, like class action lawsuits.
