Tony Guilfoy is the Founder and Head Distiller at Noble Cut Distillery, located in Gahanna. He founded Noble Cut with the help of his great-great-grandmother, Seraphina, whose limoncello recipe became a center-piece for the brand. They also distill several types of whiskey here locally.
