Moving from Argentina to California, her career path and life changed when she was introduced to welding a profession she knew nothing about.

<p>Mariana Ludmer grew up in Argentina and moved to California when she was 18.&nbsp; She graduated from &nbsp;University of California, Berkeley. &nbsp;Mariana was introduced to welding by a friend and she has not looked back. &nbsp;Mariana is a Welding instructor and operations manager of California Welding Institute in Lake Elsinore in Southern California. &nbsp;Mariana is &nbsp;involved in the American Society of Welders where she has volunteered since 2007. &nbsp;She is an ambassador for Welding and is proud of the fact that the school she started is approved by the California Veterans Association.
