Ultimately, people can't handle that. If I tell you to do 10 things, you're not going to fix them all. If I tell you to do one thing and I tell you to do that one thing for one month straight, you're probably gonna fix it."</p><p><i><strong>Sean's biggest struggle in leadership:</strong> </i>"The burden of leadership is you have to hold people accountable to what they're obligated to do.
