Kildysart Drama Society Announce New Dates For Upcoming Production

On Wednesday's Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Jane Casey who is the Director of the Kildysart Drama Society’s production of ‘Love Thy Neighbour’. June discussed the recent cancellation of their production due to the death of Philomena O' Shea who was the wife of the society's founding member Frankie O' Shea. She described the massive role Philomena played within the society and highlighted that they will ensure the production will now be in her memory. She also discussed the upcoming production which is set to take place on the 18th, 19th, 25th and 26th of March in the Community Hall in Kildysart. June highlighted the level of commitment and unity that has been shown by the group in their preparation for the upcoming production and described the meaning of the society to the local area and beyond. Tickets will be available on the door on the night with prices beginning at €12 for adults and €7 for children.
