How do you manage your adrenalin rushes without burning out? Without compassion fatigue? For Ken Brand, it included partaking in Historic re-enactments, local theater and a service ethic that led him to help create the Operation Florian Humanitarian Charity which delivered unused UK firetrucks, equipment and training to various countries around the world such as Kosovo, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Montenegro, Lebanon, Zimbabwe, Kenya, South Africa, Chile and more. </p>
