KCLR Live: Seal Rescue Ireland Tell Us About "Sandy" the Thomastown Seal

Earlier this week, local woman Mary O'Kelly spotted a seal on the banks of the River Nore. The seal, named locally as "Sandy" appears to have returned to the Thomastown area for the second successive year.
