HIGH WIND RED FLAG WARNING; Windy & Colder Tomorrow; Thu/Fri Sunny & Spring Like; Remains Windy & Dry Sat-Tue

<p>HIGH WIND AND RED FLAG WARNING Today, a low will move out of the Rockies and through the area midday, with gusty southwest winds to start the day and temps warming into the mid to upper 70’s.  After the lunch hour an associate cold front will swing through turning the gusty winds to the west and northwest and temps begin to fall all the way into the low to mid 20’s overnight.   Today’s winds gusts of 50-60 mph will result in blowing dust and elevate fire danger concerns, while precipitation would be limited to just sprinkle or very light brief rain with frontal passage.  Behind the system tomorrow will be much cooler with highs in the 40’s.  Northwesterly flow Thursday will turn more westerly on Friday warming daytime temps into the 50’s and 60’s and overnight lows in the upper 20’s and low 30’s.  Saturday a ridge moves over the area, while a low develops over southeast Colorado possibly kicking up some evening scattered light rain showers in the evening.    </p>
