This podcast is dedicated to the numerous families that have been uprooted from Colorado. More specifically, there are only 4% of Black people that live in Colorado. Colorado Ranks number #11 for the wealthiest state in the United States. The wealth gap is climbing, and many people feel displaced and unappreciated after they have worked so hard for companies...only to be let go. I am beginning to wonder where our state is headed if we lack equity, diversity, and inclusion in our frameworks. Unscrupulous actions will lead to higher crime rates and disportionate access to resources for businesses owners. When you see people of color as animals and you turn a blind eye to the burning bush, 🔥 you will feel heat on your feet.
