She specializes in perfectionism and helps people embrace their imperfections and authentically to be themselves. Her authenticity creates a safe, non-judgmental, and warm environment, which allows her patients to BE YOU without a mask.</p><p>Bianca utilizes clinical interventions (CBT, Solution-focused, narrative, and psychodynamic) to empower clients to problem-solve effectively. I manage day-to-day financial, administrative, and marketing requirements for the private practice. In addition, to providing direction and support to 2 associate professional counselors. She provided therapeutic interventions to individuals experiencing stress management, relationship challenges, and trauma. Also, I created marketing strategies to generate awareness and develop referral sources for private practice.</p><p>Her passion is to help people become all God has created them to be. Bianca believes we all have a unique purpose that is sometimes buried under layers of shame, anger, anxiety, regret, fear, failure, inadequacy, discouragement, hurt, and resentment, amongst other things. Her goal is to help you peel back the layers to discover the treasure within you, authentically be you, and live a purpose-driven life.
