Former NASCAR driver Bill Lester on pursing his passion for racing later in life and diversity in the sport

<p>Before Bubba Wallace, Bill Lester was the last driver to compete on a regular basis at the top levels of NASCAR – that was in the early 2000s. Lester tells CBS News' Jericka Duncan why he decided to pursue a career in racing in his late 30s after a successful career as an engineer at Hewlett Packard.
