<p>What a year 2022 was - my first year of choosing sobriety.</p> <p>If you had said to me 2 years ago, I would have gone one whole year without drinking and also went to Glastonbury festival on my own – I would honestly have thought you were talking about someone else.</p> <p>But at the beginning of last year – well at the end of 2021 something happened.</p> <p>I have never really shared in depth my journey to sobriety but something this week was telling me, someone out there needed to hear it. </p> <p>From sober dates, doing Glasto Festival sober to dealing with a break up sober.
