<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;On February 20, 2009 a young defense attorney was found brutally murdered in her Baton Rouge, Louisiana office. Chiquita Tate came from a poverty stricken family but she made moves and became a notable defense attorney in the area.</p> <p>Whoever tried to kill her attempted to make it look like a robbery, but her wedding ring, diamond earrings were still on her and only her wallet was missing.
