<p>Marissa Mignone is a doula, pre- & postnatal yoga teacher and allround powerhouse of a woman. We first met in a coaching container two years ago and have stayed in touch - and inspired one another - ever since! </p> <p>In this podcast episode, we talk about Marissa's passion for doulaship. This holistic approach to support during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum is not just empowering to the person and/or couple that receive the support, but contributes to the collective wellbeing of women, men and children. </p> <p>We chat about how doulaship inspires Marissa to be fully present, in the moment and in the world, and how this is inherently spiritual. Marissa also shares her views on the concept of pregnancy - and how she believes that within feminine energy, we're always pregnant with something, we're always creating and co-creating. </p> <p>We also talk about mothering yourself, especially (but not exclusively) as a spaceholder.
