Hours earlier, his National Security Advisor Robert O'Brien, said U.S. forces would draw down to 2,500 sometime early next year. The Taliban rejoices at Trump seems poised to fulfill the terms of a peace agreement even though the Taliban has not lived up to its end of the deal.
