Clare Housing Prices Forecast To Marginally Increase In Coming Months

Housing prices in Clare are forecast to marginally increase in the coming months as the market begins to level off. The latest myhome.ie report shows that the mid range price of a dwelling in this county fell by €3,000 in the last twelve months to €247,000. However with a 4% reduction in the number of properties available for sale here at the end of September, the cost of two bedroom apartments rose by 3.5% to €150,000.
