Clare County Council Confident Of Significant Increase In Delivery Of Social Housing Stock

A Senior Executive Planner with Clare County Council says strong relationships with approved housing bodies and developers are key to delivering social housing in the county. It comes as the Local Authority looks set to surpass their Housing for All targets over the next two years with 306 housing units currently at different stages of design and construction. The units will be distributed throughout the county and will feature a variety of one bed, two bed , three bed , four bed and five bed dwellings. Clare County Council's Housing Spokesperson, Pádraig McCormaic has been telling Clare FM's Daragh Dolan that more projects are in the pipeline.
