China's foreign trade shows resilience in the first five months of the year

Official data shows that China's total imports and exports expanded over eight percent yearly in the first five months of 2022. The General Administration of Customs says the country's exports topped 8.9 trillion yuan and imports hit 7.1 trillion yuan between January and May.
