Businesses leery of proposed minimum wage hike

Nov. 28, 2022 - It's been six years since state lawmakers approved a minimum wage hike in law and the issue is resurfacing again in Albany, but NFIB state Director Ashley Ranslow is urging Democratic policymakers not to advance a proposal increasing the hourly minimum wage to $21.25 an hour for New York City in 2024.
