Assembly urged to let AG Tish James handle probe of Cuomo's alleged sexual misconduct

April 30, 2021 - The Sexual Harassment Working Group wants the Assembly Judiciary to defer to the state attorney general's office when it comes to investigating sexual misconduct allegations against Gov. Andrew Cuomo, but state lawmakers are encouraged to hold another harassment hearing.
