<p>This week,&nbsp;Stephen Wealthy, Clint Murphy, Tom the Frugal Gay, and Lauren (Adulting Is Easy) brought guest Paul on to tell us about his recent turnkey real estate investment in Ohio. We talked metrics, like the 1% rule and cash on cash return. The group discussed financing, LLCs, down payment, the wire transfer, and cash flow. Paul told us how he's going to use leverage to scale up using a refinance. He told us about building a team long distance.
