#69 Mitch Hildebrandt and his wife wanted a child desperately. A young couple barely 16 years old had promised to let them adopt their child only to change their minds at the last minute! They were gutted. Mitch will be the first to tell you that God’s plans are not our plans. Out of the devastating heartbreak of not being able to adopt, God took the Hildebrandt’s on an incredible journey of faith, perserverence, significant health trials and ultimately put them in a position to care for and help 6,000 children. Mitch will say that God gave them 6,000 kids and counting instead of just one!
