When I saw how much it moved the needle at home, I started to use the Enneagram to help build my own company. <br /><br />The Enneagram helped me understand how each personality type communicates under stress, and their potential when they are healthy. I began to see the power of a great leader is being able to communicate to anyone in just the way they need it, and that delivering the message in a way people can receive it can change their life.
