<p>Dan’s life mission is to “call everyone toward the God-sized and redemptively absurd advance that makes us tremble.” Dan Deeble leads Lost Ball Consulting, a leadership and communication-focused consulting firm. They help businesses and organizations unlock their full potential and put it into play.<br /> <br /> Prior to this, Dan served for 20 years in total and 15 years as lead pastor of Heartland Community, a church of approximately 3,500 in the metro Kansas City area.<br /> <br /> Dan has also worked as Director of Marketing for McDonald’s Restaurants of Santa Barbara & Goleta where he developed their customer loyalty platform and oversaw all marketing activities (1995-1998). He then joined GraphiCard Systems International, working in business development, sales, and project management (1998-2000).<br /> <br /> Dan Deeble is a California kid who ended up in a Kansas town. He married a Missouri girl and together they have three brave, teenage daughters— one of whom is adopted and all of whom are awesome. He also plays an ugly round of golf but a mean game of Wiffle.</p> <p> </p>
