Zelle Book Update + PGA Star's Family Impacted By Zelle + Bank of America Closes Lobby of My Old Bank, Impacting Disability Payment Recipients

It's going to be funny, thought-provoking and hard-hitting all in one.</p> <p><br></p> <p>In this podcast, I discuss a tweet from PGA Star Brian Gay who tweeted that his daughter was a victim of Zelle Fraud while at Bank of America with BofA doing nothing to help her. I discuss the misconceptions of FDIC insurance "protecting" you, how and why BofA should help solely off the success of Brian's golf career and discuss what we always do: How Zelle is the worst thing out there.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Plus, I discuss my old BofA branch in Las Cruces NM having their lobby closed for the week last week, which was the first week of the month. I describe how all the fixed income people who needed their cash for the bills were unable to be helped. While a drive up lane was open to clients, BofA also removed 3 lanes of Drive Up a couple years ago, and on a busy 1st or 3rd of the month, about a 1000 people a day show up.
