Why are Ukrainian doctors struggling to find work in Ireland?

<p>Hundreds of Ukrainian doctors are arriving into Ireland, eager to take up work in the health service. However, they are facing barriers when it comes to registering with the Irish Medical Council. Sorcha Pollak speaks to Dr Nicholas Stefanovic to find out why.
