What are the benefits of being a mentor?

<p>A lot of advice is given about finding a mentor. But what are the benefits of BEING a mentor? (Other than the "feel good" of doing someone a favor.)</p> <p>I asked Bill Lindquist, Brandon Mahoney and Stewart Wiggins their experience with having and being mentors.
