One of the many clients I have helped in 2021 said to me on a recent closing, "We have never seen a cheque this big in our entire lives" after picking up the sale proceeds from their lawyer. It was not just the message but the tone of their voices. A peaceful tone that tells me they are going to be enjoying having this money as they grow older.
