We are retiring the use of 'Lead Yourself'

<p>We have been talking about &#39;Leading Ourselves&#39; before we lead others for the past 8 years. We are now retiring the use of the words lead yourself and ill instead be calling leaders to be good followers so that they may become good leaders. </p> <p> #heartset </p>
