Since joining the company eight years ago, he has led a strategic transformation of business operations and guest experiences in this vertically integrated company. In this role, he provides a customer-driven technology vision and leadership for delivering business value across retail and e-commerce, distribution, supply chain, and manufacturing among other functions. Prior to James Avery, Harsha spent over 13 years at AMF Bowling, the world’s largest owner/operator of bowling centers. There he held various technical roles in a progressively responsible career ultimately serving as CIO for 6 years. </p> <p>Harsha has over two decades of experience in industries including technology consulting, retail, manufacturing, leisure/entertainment, and foodservice.
