Taste Of The Week – Jambalaya Recipe

On Thursday's Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey was joined by Randy Lewis, Canadian foodie, Randaddy’s Restaurant in Lahinch. This week Randy proposes his Jambalaya Recipe. This rice dish which originated in the 18th century and has been part of New Orleans cuisine since colonial Spanish settlers tried to recreate the traditional Spanish Paella using locally sourced ingredients.
