She started with a small business mentality and approach to decision-making, communication and staff engagement. When Tanya took on the leadership role, it gave her an opportunity to develop a growth path for herself and the company.  </p> <p> </p> <p>(08:14) What are the risks that Tanya took that brought the company to the next level? </p> <p>Tanya took on a go hard or go home approach. She wanted to make her mark as a second-generation owner.
