Should teams be more aggressive on 4th down in college football?

<p>-ESPN’s Bill Connelly wrote this weekend that in looking at Texas Tech’s season last year, they had by far the most 4^th down attempts in the country: 52, including going 6 for 8 against Texas in one game</p><p>-He writes that on the 52 attempts, Tech converted 33 of them which ended up resulting in 129 points after the conversion; and in the 19 attempts not converted, they allowed only 44 points, for a plus-85 point profit</p><p>-What would Bill say about this?
