Q&A: Carl Cannon looks to the future, reflects on assisting at-risk members of the community

After 21 years with the Peoria Park District, Carl Cannon now looks forward to helping his ELITE program continue its mission as an independent not-for-profit community outreach organization. Cannon talks with WCBU reporter Joe Deacon about the future of ELITE, and what first motivated him to help at-risk members of the community.
