Samantha and I first connected through LinkedIn, and over many, many months we tried to arrange a zoom call between us, but due to our time zones with her in South Africa and me in California, we sent many hopeful emails back and forth to plan a good time to talk. But finally the opportunity to have this podcast conversation came about when Samantha hopped on a plane in South Africa and flew to Southern California to attend Dave Asprey’s biohacking conference recently at the Beverly Hilton.
