They knew the value in real estate after renovating two of their personal homes and seeing the equity they raised in a short time. They would watch home renovation shows on HGTV every night and decided to take the leap into the investing world in 2016. They started by purchasing small multifamily homes which they renovated “in our spare time” then refinancing them and putting tenants in place. Once one property was completed, they would start again on another property. They have since created a multimillion dollar portfolio of properties and have no plans of slowing down! They are now focusing on commercial multifamily properties (apartment buildings) which provide great returns on investment (ROI).<br/><br/>After watching their net worth grow so quickly, they decided to help others achieve the same success. It has become their mission to work with everyday people who would like to see an above average return on their investment without having to own property.
