Midwest Blood Stocks Have Reach Serious Levels Warns IBTS

The Irish Blood Transfusion Service has warned that blood stocks in the Midwest have reached a very serious level this morning. IBTS MidWest Area Manager, Grace O'Sullivan says the service is not in a good position at the moment.
