Listener Shares Story Of Being Saved By Doolin Coastguard

One of the biggest stories we have covered this week has been that of the Doolin unit of the Irish Coast Guard being stood down. They are no longer allowed to respond to emergencies, a move which followed the news that six volunteers at Doolin had resigned including the unit’s Officer in Charge.
