On Wednesday's Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey visited Graham and Triona Touhy to highlight their struggle to find respite care for their son and tell us about their situation. The Tuohy’s, who are from Killaloe, have three children, one of whom is 20-year-old Jamie, who has cerebral palsy, is nonverbal, incontinent, is a wheelchair user, and is epileptic. Jamie can also be extremely violent, and the stress and mental and physical strain are taking a toll on his parents. Background Photo (c) by by Rido via Canva
