Hannah Tyrrell chats about her sporting career, mental health, eating disorder and self harming

<p>I'm delighted to say I am joined by the multi-talented Hannah Tyrrell today. Hannah is an Irish international rugby player, current Dublin GAA footballer, ambassador for Pieta House, and a massive mental health advocate.</p> <p>Hannah has had a wondering sporting career and is very open about sharing her story now, but it wasn't always that way. As a teenager, Hannah suffered in silence as so many people too.
