FTC Sues Intuit Over 'Free' TurboTax Software

In today's top stories, the FTC is suing Intuit over its TurboxTax software, alleging millions can't use the free program. In other news, some Verizon customers are getting spam texts from their own numbers, in which they're encouraged to click an obscure link to receive a gift.
