Fatboy & Olive: Budaka Passes Law Banning Public Spitting and Defecting

<p>Budaka District Council has passed a by-law banning public spitting and open defecation in the town, which will see the offenders pay a fine of twenty thousand shillings or serve one month in prison or both.</p>
