<p>Statistics available from the UNICEF website show that 1.8 billion people menstruate every month ,and there are indications that millions of girls ,women , transgender men and non binary persons experience problems with managing their menstrual cycle especially with gender inequalities , discrimination and societal norms ,impacting on mental and emotional  health for these groups of people . My guest on this episode Amy is a coach in reflexology for menstrual and reproductive health.
