<p>The French Tenth Para-troop Division is sent to Algiers to combat FLN terrorism in the City.  A biography of General Massu, the commander of the Tenth Para-troop Division.  The French para-troops use torture to gain information on the FLN.  More than three thousand suspected FLN supporters are murdered by the French Army in Algiers.  The power of the FLN in Algiers is broken.</p>
