<p>Ralph Layco is the Founder of Noah, a direct-to-consumer (DTC) retail model disrupting the male personal care industry with its wide range of products for men, including skincare and hair loss, erectile dysfunction, nutrition as well as anxiety and depression.</p><br><p>Since the inception of Noah in January 2021, it showed fast growth at 1,126% with a 72% gross profit margin. They reached one million total sales in February, just one month after its first distribution and last August, it reached its peak with 3.2 million sales per month. They also built a reliable fulfillment system that enabled same-day shipping. It won the "Best Concept" award at the US Embassy Go Negosyo's Young Entrepreneur Development Workshop.
