Each month I run a screening process to find the top 10 best high yield dividend stocks for the given month. These high yield dividend stocks are selected based on the best combination of business quality and valuation with a focus on future returns. My minimum dividend yield threshold for this watchlist is 2.75% but often the average dividend yield presented is around 4.83%. Additionally the selected stocks offer above average dividend growth for the yield they currently pay. I use this monthly watchlist to identify potential stocks to add to my portfolio.
