Bill Kurzeja - From Fear to Confidence - USA to Korea

Bill Kurzeja was a shy, introvert who lacked confidence until he discovered technical competence as an Army mechanic. He was so good the Colonel (commanding officer) selected him to maintain his vehicle because of the trust and faith he had in Bill. Being respected by the Colonel taught him some valuable lessons in leadership, competence and attention to detail. Being valued for his expertise helped him feel worthy and gave him the confidence needed to excel later in life. Bill shares his story of becoming a sales person, sales manager and general manager at auto dealerships. Today Bill trains and develops others to sell, manage and lead.
